⚠️ Do your eBooks work on Chromebooks and/or Surface devices?

Due to technical circumstances beyond our control, we regrettably cannot offer support for Chromebooks or Surface devices.

My eBook did did not download properly...

The most common cause for this error is a slow or inconsistent network signal. Please do NOT use a public wifi  as network jitter can corrupt the download. Instead, use your phone’s data.

In rare situations, a particular system’s setup may not allow the eBook to pull correctly. We recommend using another device (such as your phone) to do so. Once the eBook populates your library, it should be available on your original device as well.

As a reminder, please make certain your Adobe ID and email used at the time of purchase match.

I downloaded the eBook but I'm not seeing it in my library...

The most common culprit for this situation is an email mismatch. Please make sure to use the same email to create your Adobe ID and at EditionGuard fulfillment.

I goofed and my AdobeID and order emails do not match...

The easiest fix for this scenario is to create another Adobe ID making sure to use the same email you used to purchase the eBook.

I need a refund...

Our refund policy is simple. If you have download the ebook but not opened the file in an ebook reader, we can provide a 100% refund. If you have already opened the ebook, we can not provide a refund as there is no way of revoking your access to the download after opening. Some exceptions may be made at Brainathlon Learning System’s sole discretion on a case by case basis.

The short version: Brainathlon Learning Services (BLS) does not collect, sell, rent or market your information. Period. We only use emails you give us via our contact page for customer service purposes only.

Third parties required for payments and fulfillment have their own policies which you agree to in order to use their services (i.e. Adobe and Stripe). Please review their respective policies.
